Ada is our league table of employers designed for women in IT. The aim of the Ada is to help job-seekers identify and connect with employers who score highly on gender equality. Named after Ada Lovelace, Ada tracks employers on 20 key metrics, from their policies and procedures to the percentage of women in executive positions.
